What you have:
- 12 months experience as a 360-recruitment consultant - can be any market
- Leading, coaching, managing, and mentoring a growing team
- Ensures team delivers high quality client experience
- Prepare and conduct presentations to clients
- Driving KPIs (both activities based and financial), with view to maximising sales
- Set client development plans, ensuring there is a balanced distribution of clients
- Understand ConSol Partners' vision and communicate key messages to both candidates and clients
- Provide accurate forecasts and rationale behind them
- Demonstrable evidence of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts
- Client development, relationship-building, maximising new business opportunities
- Headhunting passive candidates and networking experience
