We organize ourselves into 4 core teams; People Strategy, People Products, People Essentials, and People Services.

Within People Essentials we have deep expertise in cross-functional people topic specialisms, from Reward and Legal to people development and social impact, we've got it covered! People Essentials delivers some of our core people processes whilst also providing consultancy to the wider people team and business leaders.

As a Total Reward Consultant, you will work as part of this cross-functional team alongside other Reward Consultants, to provide best practice reward consultancy which further optimizes the employee experience and HR operational excellence.

We're looking for someone who is a thought leader and passionate about developing compensation processes but blends this with the total rewards needs of our people.

What you'll do

* You will actively participate in the development and implementation of our client's Global and business unit-specific total rewards strategies, consistent with corporate philosophy.
* You will partner with other rewards professionals to work in an agile manner deliver scalable solutions and develop programs for our client to attract and retain the world's greatest talent to enable our vision.
* You will lead the design, improvement, and implementation of policies and processes in areas like incentive programs, benchmarking, job grading, salary management, company cars, recognition, and sales compensation programs.
* You will lead design and improvement projects at a global level in various areas of rewards.
* You will be the point of contact for reward matters for assigned functions/regions and countries and provide HR and leadership with professional advice
* You will take a lead in global activity but be required to bring EMEA expertise to the team
* You will contribute from time to time to the design, implementation, harmonization, and integration of local benefits packages and employment conditions, supporting our Benefits Consultant and working with our specialist people services team

What you'll need

* Bachelors or master's degree in HR Management, social or business sciences, and a well-grounded relevant international rewards experience with a strong interest for compensation.
* 7 - 10 years of experience in the Rewards function.
* Advanced level knowledge of trends and developments in compensation, as well as strong analytical skills. Next to that, you have basic knowledge of local and international tax and labor legislation.
* A natural drive for team play and an interest to work in an agile manner
* Ability to flex between core delivery of large scale activity, whilst providing consultancy on a broad range of reward topics
* Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, and work independently to propose global and local plan designs and resolve issues.
* Excellent communication and presentations skills and ability to interact with different cultures and levels of management.
* You have proven experience in partnering with Sr management, works councils and external parties, such as consultants and lawyers.
* Fluent in English (verbal & written)
