Skills

• Proficient English communication skills
• Good German communication skills
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment
• Good knowledge of Zoom application and environment
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
• Good knowledge of audio and video equipment used in video-conferencing systems

Experience

• Organise Zoom test calls requested by external parties
• Contact the requester by phone or email to detail and confirm the requests
• Create Zoom meetings and manage Outlook calendar accordingly
• Conduct the test calls following a given script and instructions focusing on the technical requirement
• Provide technical guidance to the requesters based on the given guidelines
• Log each test call within an incident record using a given template
• Create a daily report of all test calls with details and results
• Follow-up on failed test calls
• Convert existing Oral Proceedings before examination meeting currently under Skype for Business (Sfb) to Zoom meeting
• Collaborate with internal Service Lines and ServiceDesk providing support to the end-users related to video conferencing

Nice to have

• A good understanding of other standard language (French)
• Office 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange)
• Further IT skills
