Skills
- Proficient English communication skills
- Good German communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment
- Good knowledge of Zoom application and environment
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
- Good knowledge of audio and video equipment used in video-conferencing systems
Experience
- Organise Zoom test calls requested by external parties
- Contact the requester by phone or email to detail and confirm the requests
- Create Zoom meetings and manage Outlook calendar accordingly
- Conduct the test calls following a given script and instructions focusing on the technical requirement
- Provide technical guidance to the requesters based on the given guidelines
- Log each test call within an incident record using a given template
- Create a daily report of all test calls with details and results
- Follow-up on failed test calls
- Convert existing Oral Proceedings before examination meeting currently under Skype for Business (Sfb) to Zoom meeting
- Collaborate with internal Service Lines and ServiceDesk providing support to the end-users related to video conferencing
Nice to have
- A good understanding of other standard language (French)
- Office 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange)
- Further IT skills
