Our client is a Global Leading Tier 1 Automotive Software Supplier based in Munich.

They are seeking a Senior Software Architect to join their team, either in Munich or remotely!

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience including in Software Architecture.

  • 6+ years of experience in the Automotive Infotainment sector.

  • Good knowledge of C++ programming on at least one POSIX based OS (Linux / QNX / Android).

  • Good knowledge of one or more of the following subdomains: Bluetooth, Tuner, Software Update.

  • Good knowledge of Android Architecture.

  • Fluent German, Fluent English.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our organisations' Infotainment (IVI) & Cluster (Meter/Combi), offerings/solutions and explain the same to customers in order create customer interest.

  • Understand/Interpret customer requirements/RFQ and map the same to our organisations' offerings/competencies.

  • Identify (unexpressed) customer problem areas/opportunities, market challenges and create new business opportunities by providing technical consulting & solutions.

  • Provide feedback to improve our offerings based on customer needs/market challenges, technological trends, etc.

  • Contribute via defining technology roadmap/investment proposals to meet customer and market needs.

  • Drive the RFQs and RFPs.
