Your Responsibilities:

  • Revolutionise the Workday Application Management Services from the ground up, meticulously establishing the optimal framework, selecting strategic partners, and ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Take command of the Workday Application Operation, guaranteeing its unwavering reliability, security, and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Lead the Workday Application Management Services team both disciplinary and functionally, offering strategic guidance and instilling a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Cultivate relationships with external service partners, meticulously managing associations and ensuring strict compliance with established SLAs for support, maintenance, and system enhancements.
  • Devise, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs, serving as the benchmark for service partner performance and ensuring a standard of quality with swift issue resolution.
  • Innovate HR IT solutions, designing and configuring concepts in line with organisational needs and corporate strategy, grounded in comprehensive process analyses.
  • Manage the budget for major IT projects, coordinating HR IT services, including stakeholder management and supervision of suppliers and vendors.


Your Profile:

  • Hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, or possess a background in IT-related careers.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in establishing, managing, and leading Workday Application Management Services engagements for large global enterprises.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing HR IT projects (e.g. Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Concur) as a Service Delivery Manager, with a focus on design, architecture, consulting, and configuration.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with external suppliers, confidently engaging with senior management and relevant stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of services to Corporate HR.
  • Showcase disciplinary leadership skills and intercultural competence, preferably with experience in leading virtual teams.
  • Possess general management skills in HR processes and solutions, as well as IT processes following ITIL standards, including project management.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in English, with German language skills considered an asset.
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and presentation skills, navigating the intricate landscape of HR IT services with finesse and precision.
