R&D Process Assistant

Initial 12 month freelance contract + extensions

  • Please note that working from home is not possible for this position, as the nature of the tasks involved requires being physically present in the office. The selected candidate will be in charge of the installation of materials to be used in the lithography tool (TRACK). In addition, the candidate will be supporting lithography engineers to conduct the R&D projects.

The assignment

  • You will be working in the cleanroom on a regular basis.
  • You will be responsible for the installation of lithography materials into track.
  • Execute lithography process requested by engineers.
  • You will collect and interpreter data to support advanced patterning program at our client.
  • Work on thin film characterization (ellipsometry, contact angle, microscopy etc).

Required knowledge and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (chemistry or material sciences) or equivalent through technical experience
  • Communication skills to work successfully in an international dynamic team environment
  • Work accurately and have attention to details
  • Team player, but you can also plan and organize your work autonomously and you like to take initiative
  • Good documentation skills

  • You are highly organized and have a logical and methodical working style
