Project Manager - Lab Equipment for Product Qualification
Hamburg / Remote Working (2-3 days per week onsite in Hamburg)
Initial 12-month contract + extensions
The Project Manager in this role is business-critical to timely build up lab capability and capacity for qualification of new Integrated Power Device products to market.
What you will do
The successful candidate will drive the execution of complex equipment engineering projects to support product qualification with high business impact, in accordance with the business group's strategy. This will be achieved through close collaboration with the technical team and other key areas of the organisation to meet project objectives as defined in the project plan, and within the agreed boundaries of specification, time, cost and quality.
What you will need
- Degree or equivalent in Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Relevant project management qualification
- In depth experience managing project teams and building high performance teams
- Proven track record in the successful management and delivery of concurrent multimillion dollar projects (project management certificate would be nice to have)
- Understanding of Qualification Methods and Equipment for Characterization and Reliability Test of Power SiC MOSFET devices (preferred)
Expertise in some or all of the areas below will be advantageous
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages (preferred) Understanding of semiconductor industry quality standards
Familiarity with technical risk management
Experience coaching and mentoring other project managers
Fluent in English
