We're seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our client's CBP Ops & Tech Shared Services team in Northampton. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by:
- Championing the customer voice: Actively gather, refine, and prioritise user stories to create a clear product backlog.
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Work closely with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
- Agile champion: Develop and maintain a prioritised backlog utilising Agile methodologies.
- Driving product success: Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it delivers value to our users.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience in user story creation and prioritisation, leading to a well-defined product backlog.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into clear product specifications.
- Analytical mind with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
