Web/Full Stack Software Developer
6-12 month initial contact followed by permanent employment
Location: Stavanger, Norway
My client is one of the leading medical technology companies in Norway. They are looking for a senior software developer focusing on creating and developing web solutions great solutions for the consumer market of healthcare. As a software product developer, you will be part of a vibrant cross-functional team that create great solutions for the consumer market of healthcare. You will take part in developing a web solution that uses motion detection algorithms on the camera and has a goal to train 5 million people in first aid and CPR. To achieve this, you will work closely with a team consisting of developers, QA, designers and product manager.
In addition, you will be exploring and influencing what the ideal product will look like and prototype early concepts, as well as being part of bringing this product to market.
As a solution-oriented team, we will choose the technology relevant for what we want to solve whether it is web, mobile or other. Therefore, it is more important that you are able to learn new technologies than knowing specific technologies.
Responsibilities
- You will be part of the software team creating and developing web solutions
- You will work closely with a team consisting of developers, QA, designers and product manager.
- You will be exploring and influencing what the ideal product will look like and prototype early concepts
- You will be part of bringing the product to market.
Experience
- Experience with development backend and frontend.
- Languages / framework: C#, JavaScript, Java, .Net, React, Typescript Xamarin
- CI/CD: Azure Devops, AppCenter
- Testing automation: SonarQube, NUnit, Cypress, Selenium, BrowserStack, Jest
- Software development and collaboration tools: Git, Jira, Confluence
- Team process: Agile, SCRUM
- Logging / Analytics: Google Analytics, Power BI, Firebase ( NoSQL)
- Other: Bluetooth Low Energy
