What you'll do:
- Collaborate with business leaders across various departments (lending, risk management, wealth management, etc.) to understand their challenges and strategic goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear and concise high-level designs, working closely with development and IT teams.
- Own and refine these high-level designs, ensuring they are compliant with banking regulations, secure, and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and regulatory bodies, fostering clear communication and alignment.
- Document technical and business requirements in a clear and concise manner specific to the banking domain.
- Participate in workshops and user interviews to gather valuable insights and feedback from customers and internal teams.
- Analyse data and industry trends to identify potential solutions for optimising banking processes and enhancing customer experience.
