Job Title: System Mgt Support
Contract Duration: 06 months with the possibility of extension.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Windows System Engineer to support and enhance our Microsoft Windows endpoint environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11 managed through SCCM and Intune, and a background in troubleshooting, system patching, and application distribution. This role requires close collaboration with our helpdesk team and a good understanding of ITIL-based problem management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft Windows endpoints (primarily Windows 11)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- System patching
- Application and OS distribution via SCCM and Intune
- Windows system performance and errors (Event Logs, etc.)
- Collaborate with the helpdesk team (ServiceNow) to manage incidents and service requests
- Apply ITIL principles to problem management, including:
- Identifying and documenting workarounds and permanent fixes
- Understanding what incidents and problems are
- Create and maintain support documentation for recurring issues, automated solutions, and troubleshooting guides
- Utilize PowerShell and other tools for automation and diagnostics
- Participate in continuous improvement of endpoint management processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Windows 11 support and administration
- Good knowledge of SCCM and Intune for endpoint management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of problem management concepts
- Ability to document technical procedures and solutions clearly
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Windows diagnostics (Event Viewer, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Entra ID
- Knowledge of Intune configuration and policies
- Basic understanding of networking and proxy flows (e.g., access requirements, firewall rules)
