Overview:
My Client are seeking Test Automation Leads to support a leading and growing technology stream. The focus is on advancing automation maturity through scalable, self-sustaining test frameworks built around TDD principles.
Core Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java for test automation
- Expertise in Selenium and Playwright(UI and API testing)
- BDD development using Cucumber and Gherkin
- Deep understanding of TDD methodology
- Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
- Demonstrable leadership in guiding and upskilling engineers
- Ability to influence engineering culture and embed best practice
