Our client is entering a critical phase of there Salesforce journey, migrating to a new, modern environment. This is not a lift-and-shift. We’re looking for a senior, outcome-driven Salesforce BA to challenge, redesign and optimise how they operate before and during migration.
What you’ll actually own:
- Lead end-to-end process review across Sales, Service and Operations
- Identify and remove inefficiencies, duplication and technical debt
- Define future-state processes aligned to scale, automation and reporting
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams (Salesforce, integrations, data)
- Shape and support the migration approach (ensuring we don’t carry forward legacy issues)
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making at pace
- Ensure we exit the migration leaner, simpler, and more scalable
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Salesforce BA in complex environments
- Proven delivery in Salesforce migrations or major transformations
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Excellent process mapping, optimisation and data thinking
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable partnering with development teams to deliver improvements
- Able to work autonomously and drive outcomes
