Job Specification: Programme Director – Mortgages Transformation
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Role Overview
We are seeking an established Programme Director to immediately take the reins of a major transformation initiative within the Mortgages sector. The ideal candidate must possess deep domain expertise in the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle and a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change programmes.
This role requires a highly experienced leader who can define the strategy, structure the programme, and drive delivery in a high-impact, short-term capacity.
Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership: Provide overarching strategic direction and leadership for a critical transformation programme within the Mortgages business unit.

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with C-level executives and senior business heads across technology, operations, and risk functions in a highly regulated environment.

Delivery Governance: Establish and enforce robust governance, risk management, and reporting structures necessary to manage a high-value, complex programme.

Team Oversight: Provide clear leadership and coaching to Programme and Project Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient use of resources.

Domain Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Mortgages lifecycle (e.g., origination, servicing, portfolio management) to anticipate challenges and ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
Required Experience and Skills

Mortgages Domain: Mandatory experience leading transformation or major change programmes specifically within the Mortgages sector.

Programme Direction: Proven track record operating at the Programme Director or Portfolio Director level, managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex, multi-year initiatives.

Transformation Acumen: Demonstrable experience leading significant business or technology-led change (e.g., platform migration, digital transformation, regulatory change).

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dublin and adhere to the hybrid working pattern.
