This is a fabulous role working in one of the city's most beautiful buildings.

We are looking for a porter / facilities assistant for a long term temp position starting immediately.
Duties are varied and include:

.Ensure floors are maintained to a high standard with daily checks
• Report maintenance issues for resolution
• Oversee pantries & social areas including setting up coffee stations
• Manage snack inventory and stock
• Perform deep cleaning of storage areas and pantries -
• Install and remove posters in toilets and notice boards -
• Conduct ongoing cleaning and clearing of kitchen areas
• Support with event coordination and setup including:
Moving furniture and setting up rooms o Facilitating food deliveries and escorting suppliers o Supporting catering services for events o Managing event-related storage and deliveries

Check printers/walk round Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Act as Fire Marshall
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Support food health compliance

Stock Management

• Ensure storage areas and pantries are organised and clean
• Process, track, and receive stock orders

Additional Duties

• Coordinate small events when required
• Support with snack activations
• Work with janitorial team to clear catering as needed
• Process ad hoc requests as assigned
