Role Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Network Designer/Architect to support a major transformation project involving the migration of a Juniper-based Hub & Spoke network to a modern Juniper SD-WAN infrastructure utilizing SSR routers.
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior architects and fellow designers to translate high-level concepts into robust, detailed designs.
- You will also play a hands-on role in testing solutions within a dedicated lab environment, documenting technical designs, and supporting deployment and qualification activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- This position is for a Network Designer who can assist in the project to migrate the current Juniper-based Hub & Spoke network to a Juniper-based SD-WAN network with SSR routers.
- This position will assist two other designers in translating the Architect's high-level design into a detailed design.
- This involves the testing of the solution in the Design testbed, writing of the detailed design document, and providing technical assistance for the qualification team and the operation teams during qualification and deployment.
