About the Role

We’re hiring an AI Agent Builder to join a growing internal AI capability within a UK-based professional services group.

This is a hands-on, build-focused role where you’ll take pre-defined business use cases and turn them into working AI agents using Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies.

You’ll play a key role in accelerating internal AI adoption by delivering practical, high-impact solutions — quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and deploy AI agents within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem(Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Translate prioritised business use cases into working prototypes and production-ready solutions
• Run short requirements sessions with stakeholders to validate needs
• Rapidly iterate: prototype → feedback → refine → deliver
• Configure data sources, permissions, and agent behaviour within the M365 environment
• Work alongside senior AI builders, taking ownership of internal use case delivery
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal AI tooling and processes

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem(Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience or exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI tools within M365
• Ability to configure agents, workflows, and data connections
• Understanding of what AI tools can and cannot realistically achieve

• Automating the creation of a monthly board pack(PowerPoint)
• Integrating multiple data sources into a structured format
• Building a dashboard to track input completion and progress
• Reducing manual effort through intelligent automation
