A fast‑growing technology‑driven organisation in the fields of infrastructure digitization, geodata, engineering, and surveying are now seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead it into its next phase of growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Full operational and P&L responsibility
- Develop strategy, expand locations, and drive technology adoption
- Lead and grow teams across multiple sites
- Ensure high‑quality, on‑time project delivery
- Strengthen relationships with major national infrastructure stakeholders
- Improve internal processes, digitalisation, and organisational efficiency
- Oversee recruitment and personnel development (with Group HR)
- Represent the company to partners, authorities, and within the group
Your Profile
- Senior leadership experience in a technical environment (engineering/surveying)
- Strong background in engineering surveying for transport or energy projects (ideal)
- Solid understanding of large infrastructure programs and technical standards
- Proven commercial management skills (P&L, budgets, project delivery)
- Experience managing multi‑site or decentralised teams
- Track record in building scalable structures
- Fluent in German
- Bonus: experience with post‑merger integration
