Managing Director / Division Director – Modelling & Mapping
Location: Germany
Travel: Occasional across different offices, fully paid
Salary: €100k plus Bonus plus Equity
A fast‑growing technical organisation in infrastructure digitisation, geodata, engineering, and surveying is seeking a senior leader to oversee one of its key subsidiaries and drive the strategic development of its Modelling & Mapping division.
The Role
- Full operational and strategic responsibility for a subsidiary.
- Lead multi‑site technical teams and ensure project delivery excellence.
- Strengthen key client relationships within major infrastructure programmes.
- Drive division‑wide growth, new technologies, and integration of new entities.
- Collaborate closely with leadership across the wider group.
- Occasional travel to sites across Germany, fully paid by the company.
Your Profile
- Senior leadership experience (Managing Director, Division Lead, Prokurist, etc.).
- Strong background in technical environments (GIS, BIM, geodata).
- Proven P&L, project, and organisational management expertise.
- Experience scaling teams and structures in growing organisations.
