Overview:
We are seeking a Test Automation Lead to support a growing technology team. The focus is on advancing automation maturity through scalable, self-sustaining test frameworks built around TDD principles.
Core Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java for test automation
- Expertise in Selenium and Playwright(UI and API testing)
- BDD development using Cucumber and Gherkin
- Deep understanding of TDD methodology
- Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
- Demonstrable leadership in guiding and upskilling engineers
- Ability to influence engineering culture and embed best practice
