About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Technology Delivery Manager to lead the execution of high-impact IT projects across the EMEA region. This is a strategic role at the heart of transformation and regulatory delivery, ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services and large-scale programme management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic IT projects across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, testers, and analysts.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery assurance across complex regulatory and market-driven initiatives.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution.
- Oversee vendor relationships, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in IT project/programme management within banking or regulated industries.
- Proven track record delivering multi-region, high-value technology initiatives (budgets >$1M).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in matrixed environments with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and onboarding processes in financial services.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, CSM, ITIL, or TOGAF are a plus.
