We’re working with a forward-thinking IT company going through an exciting transition—and we’re looking for an Interim HR Specialist to join the team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident navigating German labour law, and knows how to work collaboratively with works councils. You’ll be stepping into a pivotal position with a warm, friendly team (yes—full of brilliant techies!) and the flexibility of remote working.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the go-to HR contact for labour law and operational HR issues during the separation process

Managing collaboration with the works council, including executing the Interessenausgleich(balance of interests)

Coordinating and documenting all employment-related processes tied to the company split

Ensuring legal compliance and smooth operational execution throughout the transition

Drafting and updating HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and agreements
What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a restructuring or transformation context

Demonstrated success working with German works councils

Native-level fluency in German and English

Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR operational processes

A pragmatic, “get-things-done” approach with attention to detail
