Job title: EA / Office Manager
As an EA/Office Manager at you will act as a dual-role professional, providing high-level support to the General Manager, while overseeing office operations.
EA tasks:
- Provide assistance, administrative, and EA support to the GM
- Travel and accommodation arrangements for GM’s business trips
- Manage IT internal systems on behalf of the GM
- Arrange and schedule internal and external meetings, maintain calendar entries where needed, assist GM in arrangement of board members’ visits
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the GM
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
Office Management tasks:
- General office administration and facilities
- Managing daily office operations and making necessary arrangements as necessary
- Managing relationship with suppliers and contractors
- Oversee First Aiders and Fire Marshals – including arranging training and certificate renewals
- Health & Safety compliance and regulations
- Managing the office seating arrangements
- Managing all visitors to the office
- Managing meeting rooms booking
- Post room duties
- Organising internal and external events
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Commercial / corporate awareness
- Business acumen
- Administration skills to a high level
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- German language advantageous but not essential
