Digital Account Manager

Due to new business success, this creative design & marketing agency based in central Manchester is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their expanding team! (Based on-site full-time).

This integrated agency works across a broad range of digital briefs for sectors such as fashion, travel, wellness, engineering, nutrition and food. They have a friendly social team environment with new offices in the Northern Quarter.

You will need experience in digital, PPC, paid, running email campaigns, CRM, CMS, social assets, updating websites, Mailchimp and campaigns.

Your role will involve building lasting relationships with your clients, preparing & processing client briefs into the studio and making sure client briefs are on-time, on-brief and on-budget.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as you will be attending client meetings and liaising with the design & digital teams.

Projects and client sectors are varied in this agency, so a strong knowledge of the digital marketing process is required, along with proven experience in developing & executing e-marketing campaigns.
