About the Role
As the Data Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the data strategy across the Savings and Marketing divisions. You’ll be responsible for managing and enhancing Tableau dashboards, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.
This is a hands-on role with strategic influence—ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about data governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards
- Lead data quality initiatives and reporting across the division
- Represent the team on the organisation’s Data Committee
- Support GDPR compliance and data lineage documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-led initiatives
- Provide training and mentorship on data literacy and tools
- Troubleshoot data issues and support operational data controls
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in data quality reporting and governance
- Strong Tableau and SQL skills
- Solid understanding of data management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Experience working in financial services or regulated environments is a plus
