I’m Ian Storey, Managing Director for Consol Partners, LMA Recruitment, and Become Recruitment.
Over the past 25 years, I've worked in the recruitment industry, collaborating with both major corporations and boutique/start-up enterprises, helping them reach their goals.
I have been hooked on recruitment from the moment I joined the industry. Having the ability to impact lives and genuinely help people reach their full personal and professional potential, is the main motivation for me.
I have three children, and anytime I do have, is usually spent with my family, typically driving them to various clubs and events.
I also love watching and participating in sports. I am a keen runner, and completed my first ultra-marathon, inspiring me to sign up to another!
