The scope of the engagement encompasses below tasks & activities:

- Creation of Indicators in Performance analytics.

- Create reports in performance analytics using SLA Definition.

- Create different type of breakdowns in Performance analytics

- Create dashboard(s) in Performance analytics.

- Gathering Requirements from the end client's business regarding developing the reports.

- Support training of end users to effectively use the reporting application to build and customise reports.

- The Service-Now consultant will work as per guidance of the end client's manager to deliver the dashboards in agreed time and agreed quality as per their test procedures.
