Business Analyst/6 Month/London
ConSol Partners are currently recruiting for a high profiled consultancy which are filling Business Analyst roles for a Global Bank. This role will be based in London (Inside IR35).
ConSol partners Clients are looking for 2-3 Business Analysts who specialise in ServiceNow and have strong HR knowledge as well as experience.
Candidates' requirement:
- Strong HR specialist who can specify, write and design HR processes, translate the requirements into IT specification and stories.
- Strong experience on Software-Design / Software specification and Process Management
- Good understanding of HR Service Delivery processes (onboarding, change in circumstances, exit, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Service Now best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest Service Now features
- Strong experience and fast understanding of complex processes, context diagrams, technical interface descriptions
- ability to estimate work effort efficiently and appropriately
- Support E2E testing during the last phase of the release.
