The quality manager (QMS) is responsible for overall BU Automotive processes, internal audits and compliance of QMS to required standards and frameworks. He is also responsible for coordinating management reviews and continuous improvements with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Promote principles of quality.
* Develop the understanding for our client's Quality Management System and standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 26262 and ASPICE across BU Automotive and associated Product Units which provide products and services to BU Automotive.
* Provide support in maintaining QMS by maintaining process documentation and website with changes and improvements.
* Build the knowledge on quality processes, identify the gaps and propose improvement actions.
* Work with stakeholders to carry out process improvements and QMS changes.
* Organize internal audits, coordinate with process owners to implement improvement actions identified in the internal audits.

Competencies
· Excellent collaborative and communication skills in English, i.e., communicate complex process in a very simple and compelling manner, negotiate and pursue quality case in a complex environment.
· Expertise on understanding, interpreting and using ISO standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 26262 and frameworks like ASPICE.
· Ability to analyze and propose improvements and pursue them to closure.
· Capture and pen down the process - skills to understand and document the processes.
· Creative - skills to create flowcharts, presentations and update QMS website.
· Should be able to interpret and analyze metrics data.
· Knowledge of software development and functional safety concepts is preferred.
