The position:

The role encompasses the following accountabilities and responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the application is managed according to company, business, and vendor standards in conjunction with the application Technical Manager.

• CRM configuration changes designed, performed, and deployed error free and according to business requirements.

• Act as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure technical requirements are met based on business needs

• Maintain and develop Salesforce application

• Design technical solutions for business requirements, ranging from page layout updates to APEX code

• Deploy configuration changes to production environment

• Document configuration and technical solutions
