RPA Architect - Contract - Remote/London- £400 per day (inside IR35)

THE COMPANY
A Leading IT Service Provider working for a globally known Telecom's provider.
THE ROLE
As an RPA Architect you will be working with the client to define the RPA value proposition and scope of the solution.

THE INDIVIDUAL
Requirements:
Experience:

  • 3 + years of experience in RPA development for business platforms with Blue Prism. Certification are a plus. Experience in other tools such as UiPath, Workfusion, Automation Anywhere, NICE or Kapow
  • +5 years of experience in leading and supporting teams from the technical points of view, acting as a reference.
  • Experience in all design and development phases of the project lifecycle (analysis, development, testing and implementation).
  • Ability to develop and execute a technical vision with a focus on business value and proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum).
  • Experience in Service Operations, in addition to Delivery, oriented to the productive and efficient robotisation of processes: scheduling management, licence optimisation, SLA management, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Blue-Prism platform architecture and the solutions that surround it (plug-ins, most common interfaces)
  • Ability to understand customer expectations and requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create a complete technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible to projects/engagements and scalable.
  • Ability to review proposed solution architectures, identify risks and provide remediation recommendations in line with established standards and overall Automation strategies.
  • Consult on technical architecture implementation activities with all stakeholders and Service Owners to ensure alignment. Oversee and work with stakeholders and partners in the evaluation and selection of Automation related technologies and products.
  • Knowledge in Hyperautomation or Business Process Automation (BPA) is a plus: NLP, advanced OCR, Process Mining or low-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Pega...)
  • Identify the organizational, operational sustainability and financial impacts of defined strategies; analyse gaps to create a risk profile for the proposed strategy.
  • Exposure to performance measurement, continuous improvement (Lean/Six-Sigma).
  • Excellent engagement skills with the customer, and ability to convey technical messages and solutions in a non-technical language. Create and deliver compelling presentations to articulate the technical strategies, architecture and roadmaps to various levels in the organization
  • Strong problem solving, analysis and design skills.
