Description:

The Global Shared Services Team (GSS) is responsible for orchestration, coordination, performance management, reporting and improvement of build and decommissioning services for compute, network and storage infrastructure in the SAP data centers.
We are looking for a diligent, reliable, energetic and professional personality to support our team.
In focus of this position:
- Describe how existing processes work and identify where improvements are needed
- Optimize the process design
- Review and resolve process issues
- Communicate process changes
- Engage with process stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations
- Work with process stakeholders to design new and improved processes
- Plan and manage process improvement activities

Must Have Skills:

* Business process management expertise, desirably in the context of infrastructure provisioning or assembly/manufacturing processes in other industries
* Experience with IT Service Management
* Strong consumer/customer orientation, high quality of work focus and result/deliverable oriented thinking
* Fluent Business English

Nice to have:

*Background of IT Infrastructure technologies and architecture
*Experience with S/4HANA Cloud applications desirable

The most important skills are:

Experienced in ITSM
Process understanding, design, visualize and document them
SAP and Cloud experience would be a plus.
