IT Service & Supply Manager - ASAP - London

IT Service & Supply Manager required on a permanent basis for a company in the sports events space. You will be working in a small team where you will oversee the delivery of high-quality IT for stakeholders across the business. This is a newly created role where you will report directly to the Head of IT and sit closely with the digital transformation directorate.

Role:

  • Take responsibility for ensuring technical documentation is maintained and updated when new services are released from IT Delivery into production
  • Ensure that all relevant commercial agreements are appropriate and in line with agreed delivery models, overseeing the delivery of third-party suppliers
  • Devise and implement service improvement plans where required
  • Own service review management, planning, preparation, reporting, CSAT management, using customer feedback to ensure customer needs continue to be understood, sharing the output with all key stakeholders to enable their current and future needs
  • Support the achievement of department outcomes, objectives, and business improvement initiatives by sharing and applying best practice and lessons learned
  • Manage Change Control processes
  • Attend key service and business meetings
  • Deal with all service-related escalations and enquiries
  • Create and manage key IT policies
  • Assist and work with technology partner with the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365, Azure environment, Intune/MDM, SharePoint, AV Systems and all systems and platforms across LME
  • Manage licensing costs, including Azure resource groups, Dynamics, Office 365 and ensure the best level of cost optimisation

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of service delivery management delivering IT services
  • Experienced in managing stakeholder groups balancing relationships
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure operations, processes and best practices
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Strong process management and control skills.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders, engaging with those from both technical and non-technical backgrounds via different channels
  • Demonstrable ITIL background & certification
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and tools
  • Knowledge of Monday.com
  • Understanding of cyber security, GDPR and privacy best practice

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Location: South London, England (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)
