We are looking for five Field Service Technicians based in Amsterdam to maintain and repair 150 kiosks installed at one customer location in Amsterdam.
The work be for three years with a possible extension of another 2.
The technicians will have to work on shifts as the customer requires a 24x7 service.
Here is the job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and complete kiosk installation, preventative maintenance and troubleshoot and repair kiosks onsite.
- Manage and maintain a parts inventory, repair tools, and equipment
- Properly care for and follow maintenance schedule for parts, tools and inventory
Education & Experience
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of electrical or mechanical equipment repair, troubleshooting and maintenance experience
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP) including configuring IP addresses, troubleshooting connectivity issues
- 1+ years of troubleshooting experience with remote tech support or help desk
- Troubleshooting skills, including local area networks, root cause analysis, testing circuit boards, and following kiosk schematics
