- Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (including Marketing, Sales and Customer Service) Detailed knowledge and a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configurations
- Overall awareness of information security challenges, trends and implications on infrastructure
- A degree of technical expertise in the following areas/technologies:
- Office 365
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate - or equivalent experience
