*FLC implementation experience

• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (including Marketing, Sales and Customer Service) Detailed knowledge and a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configurations
• Overall awareness of information security challenges, trends and implications on infrastructure
• A degree of technical expertise in the following areas/technologies:
• Office 365
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate - or equivalent experience
