Partner with the best

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be providing support for the client's Performance and Media services globally. Largely a technical support, telephone or email role, you may also assume some technical account manager tasks. You will become an expert in your field and collaborate with support teams globally.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues
  • Leading technical investigations across their Distributed Network. Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams
  • Providing technical support, analysing existing technical issues across their Distributed Networks, proposing solutions to prevent issues recurring
  • Using knowledge and experience to improve internal tools and developing into a Subject Matter Expert

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a framework/knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Have good knowledge of common network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP and relevant troubleshooting tools.
  • Have experience with Linux/Unix. Programming languages such as Python, Java or shell scripting with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Be fluent in English. Additional European languages an advantage.
