The Resilient Recruiter Academy is the creation of Dr. Chris Walton and his partner Emma Walton. The programme contains unique, scientifically proven systems to create resilience, maximum energy, peak performance and equip recruiters with the practical skills needed to create rock solid self-belief and confidence.
Dr. Chris Walton PhD is an internationally recognised specialist in Personal Change and Peak Performance and Emma has a track record in recruitment spanning over 20 years. Russell Beswick, Operations Director at ConSol described this mix of science and practical application as “a winning combination and the deciding factor in igniting the relationship”.
