Sunday Times Best Companies awards

Last night, ConSol Partners attended the Sunday Times Best Small Companies awards’ ceremony and dazzling dinner reception, which took place in Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park. The awards, which recognise and acknowledge high levels of employee satisfaction in the workplace, played host to employees representing the top 100 small companies in the UK.

Only the companies who demonstrate the highest levels of employee engagement make the Best Companies list, and ConSol Partners is delighted to have been in the top 100 for the last three consecutive years. For a third consecutive year, we have been accredited with three stars: the top accreditation dealt out by Best Companies.

It is part of our company ethos to listen to our people and let them shape the organisation. Each year we take survey feedback on board; we have ensured that our employees thoroughly enjoy their time at work and take advantage of all professional opportunities. On a social level, we organise competitions, table tennis tournaments, charity sporting events and evenings out. On a professional level, we provide tailored coaching sessions, conduct fortnightly masterclasses on a variety of topics and have funded and supported employees through ISMM (Institute of Sales & Marketing Management) training and qualifications. We pride ourselves on being an employer of choice, and so we invest heavily in the development and leisure activities of our staff.

ConSol Partners saw its fair share of award success last year; we were awarded the Best Client Service at the Global Recruiter Awards and the Best Staffing Firm to Work for at the Staffing Industry Analysts’ awards, in addition to being short-listed for the Best IT Recruitment Agency accolade at the Recruiter Awards.
