ConSol Partners have been named in the Sunday Times’ list of the 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in 2016. We are also extremely proud to announce that, for the third consecutive year, we have received the top ranking of 3-star accreditation.
It is not the first time that ConSol Partners have been recognised as a top employer in the UK, having finished 46thfor 2014 and landing the 29thspot in 2015. We now wait with baited breath for the 2016 rankings to be announced on the Best Companies awards’ evening on 24th February 2016.
The Best Companies list is a measurement and acknowledgement of the level of workplace engagement within the thousands of companies who put forward submissions. Only the companies who demonstrate the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction make the Best Companies list, and so it is a great honour for us to be named for a third time.
ConSol Partners has already seen its fair share of award success in 2015. We were awarded the Best Client Service at the Global Recruiter Awards and the Best Staffing Firm to Work for at the Staffing Industry Analysts’ awards, in addition to being shortlisted for the Best IT Recruitment Agency accolade at the Recruiter Awards.
It is part of our company ethos to listen to our people and let them shape the organisation. Each year we take survey feedback on board; we have ensured that our employees thoroughly enjoy their time at work and take advantage of all professional opportunities. On a social level, we organise competitions, table tennis tournaments, charity sporting events and evenings out. On a professional level, we provide tailored coaching sessions, conduct fortnightly masterclasses on a variety of topics and have funded and supported employees through ISMM (Institute of Sales & Marketing Management) training and qualifications.
